Canadian Mental Health Association Fundraiser - *Full Terms and Conditions

Client or customer “must” mention Canadian Mental Health Association for Youth at the time of initial meeting and written commitment, or prior to working with Diane Priest and/or Carlo DeNuzzo of The Dream Building Team at Main Street Realty Ltd., Brokerage.

Is eligible for a residential purchase of a home or property and/or for the sale of a residential home or property and is eligible to $1,000.00* towards a donation to CMHA.

The client/customer and property(s) will be tracked by an administrator of The Dream Building Team.

Once the transaction closes (property sale or purchase completes) the donation will be submitted to CMHC York and Simcoe Region on behalf of Diane Priest/Carlo DeNuzzo. There is usually a one-two week delay due to lawyers and brokerages administrative processes with funds.

Property and Transaction Qualifications:

The property must be located in Ontario, Canada. The property must be located in York, Simcoe, Toronto, Durham, The Kawartha's regions. But not necessarily limited to these regions. If the property is located outside of these areas, its eligibility will be at the sole and absolute discretion of Diane Priest and Carlo DeNuzzo based on reasonable proximity to The Dream Building Team and their members in order to properly service the property. This will be decided case-by-case.

The purchase of a property or home must be of value of higher than $450,000.00 at a commission rate of 2.5% or greater to Diane Priest/Carlo DeNuzzo of Main Street Realty.

The sale of a property or home must be of value of higher than $600,000.00 at a commission rate of 2 % or greater to Diane Priest/Carlo DeNuzzo of Main Street Realty.

If the final sales value or commission paid out does not meet the abovementioned criteria, it is at the absolute and sole discretion of Diane Priest or Carlo DeNuzzo to “possibly” deem the property as eligible or not for the fundraiser. 

This fundraiser is independent of CMHA and Main Street Realty Ltd., Brokerage. This is an exclusive charitable fundraiser from Diane Priest and Carlo DeNuzzo, and does not bind CMHA, Main Street Realty Ltd. Brokerage or any of its agents, owners, directors in any way.

This fundraiser is not intended to solicit current individuals that are under contract with another Brokerage or committed to another Brokerage in any way.
